Owning a Jizo Cats: Kanji Collection NFT gives you the rights to create and sell merchandise that uses the artwork of the NFT. There are no limitations on the type of merchandise you can create and sell, as long as the imagery meets the guidelines in the Jizo Cats Licensing Agreement.

What Can You Do With Your NFT’s Artwork?
You can use the Jizo Cats artwork of your NFT for you own personal, non-commercial use. This means you can use the artwork in any way that does not involve selling it or using it for commercial gain. You may print the artwork on clothing that you wear yourself, or share with a small group of family or friends. You may print the artwork and display it in your home or place of business as a decoration.
You also have the right to use the artwork for commercial purposes. This means that you can use it to create and sell merchandise. You can print your NFT artwork on T-shirts, hoodies, caps, mugs, and other merchandise that you sell online or offline.

What Are You Not Allowed To Do With Your NFT’s Artwork?
Since the artwork is intellectual property that belongs to Kevin Riley, you cannot modify the artwork. However, you may add extensions – such as an overlay that doesn’t change the original artwork.
To protect the integrity of Jizo Cats, you may not use the artwork in connection with anything that is obscene, offensive, racist, intolerant, cruel, hateful, violent, or violates any laws.
Kevin Riley retains the intellectual property rights to all Jizo Cats artwork, so you cannot obtain a copyright or trademark for the artwork. You also can’t use it to create your own NFT.
